Genesis is one of the world's largest competitive gaming conventions, hosting tens of thousands of attendees across 150,000+ square feet convention hall each year.

As Director of Merchandise Operations, I led a team to create a cohesive commercial apparel brand, scaling a community reinvestment program that connected merchandise revenue directly to player support and event experience.

Partnering with the indie game developer Rivals of Aether, I produced an exclusive product line that paired physical merchandise with limited-run digital collectibles sold only through the Genesis shop.

start.gg is the leading tournament software, acquired by Microsoft in 2022, and a home for local competitive gaming events and world championship circuits alike.

On the Partner Success Team, I worked with leading industry publishers using my tournament & platform expertise to ensure competitive integrity across thousands of their worldwide events.

Notably, I championed the launch of a format that empowered community-organized Battle Royale events, translating all users' needs into product decisions alongside the developer team.
